Origin: During an accident Dr. Otto Octavius bonded with metallic limbs that he can control with his mind. Kaine killed him some time ago by snapping the fat freaks neck.

But does that stop him? HELL NO! Cause in Amazing Spider-man #427 the good doctor gets brought back to life and he hasn't decomposed at all. WOW
